Recommended dosage for those with abnormal liver symptoms:

For adults:

Take three (3) capsules twice a day, 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner time.

For children at age of 12 to 16:

Take two (2) capsules twice a day, 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner time. (For children, capsule can be opened to dissolve the powder in warm water to drink)

Recommended dosage for maintaining a good health:

Cautions:

1. The Swedish Flower Pollen in this product contains a variety  of vitamins. During the application of this product, you may stop taking the other vitamins, and it is normal if urine appears yellowish.
2. Store in a cool and dry place, close bottle tightly to prevent dampness.
3. For your health, we recommended avoidance of alcohol and cigarette, crab, shrimp, squid, lamb, organs, spices, fried or raw food.
